Our Client bought a home that was never updated and was in original condition from the year it was built, 1970. Our goal was to update the interior. Walls were knocked down to open the floor plan for an open contemporary appeal. The Kitchen was updated, the wall paneling was removed, and the Terrazzo floors were refinished. New Hurricane Impact windows were also installed.

Our client owned a small rental property in Pinecrest and wanted to update the Kitchen. It was an unbelievable transformation. The property was rented shortly after the remodel!

No job is too small for us to accept. Our client bought an investment Condo unit and needed to update the Bathroom and Kitchen. We were more than happy to help our client achiever her desired results. These were inexpensive updates but the results were amazing. As a result, the Condo was rented shortly after completion of the updated bathroom and kitchen.

Our Client lives in a Townhome community and wanted a maintenance free entry courtyard. We suggested using artificial turf and maintenance free landscaping. We also updated the concrete driveway with a new paver system. They were thrilled with the look and of course the lack of maintenance it required!

Our Client wanted to update their hall bathroom that was rebuilt after Hurricane Andrew. They were looking for a cheerful bathroom for their grandchildren to use. We suggested the use of the colorful mosaic tile and they decided on the beautiful subway tile. Together with the playful terrazzo look alike vanity countertop, they achieved the look they were after.

Our client wanted to remodel their 1980’s bathroom. Their objective was to create a spa like feel. The large whirlpool pool tub was replaced with a large walkin curbless shower and a frameless glass enclosure. All walls were tiled, vanity with double sinks was replaced with a large single sink for more counter space. A floating backlit LED mirror over the vanity provided the ambiance. The clients were extremely pleased with the outcome.

Our client wanted an updated Kitchen with better storage and a modern vibe. They live in a condo with limited space. We added additional base cabinets under the Peninsula Counter, relocated the range, microwave, dishwasher, for more drawer space, and built taller wall cabinets to accommodate for extra storage. New appliances provided a built in look. The clients were very pleased with the outcome!
